_SXSW Bound!

In just over an hour, I’ll be leaving LAX to Austin, TX for SXSW. Last year I went badgeless due to last minute plans, but this year it will be somewhat different. I will attend panels and discussions related to the Interactive space, from mobile, web, design, to social media. I don’t really know what to expect going into this because I’ve never experienced this angle of SXSW before. I know this – that it will test my physical and mental endurance to last until my Wednesday morning flight back to Los Angeles at 6:00am. It will be one busy weekend as I’ve scheduled to be at a panel every hour (or at least I’ll try), and some parties sprinkled here and there. Just like last year, there will be free food and drinks at select events. I will be staying at a friend’s house, so I’ll be saving there as well. I will be one of minimal packers of the event, as I will rely on a pen and paper approach at the panels, with an iPad and iPhone to blog in between. I’m very excited to attend, and hopefully gain some new insights in the interactive space, coming back fully refreshed and inspired by everyone I meet.
