December 2013 - Present

  • As a Co-Project Lead, created the DIRECTV NOW / AT&T TV Design System, with Sketch UI Libraries, JSON Design Tokens and Developer collaboration for React Native code components.
  • User-centered UX and UI design for DIRECTV and DIRECTV NOW streaming video services, for multiple platforms such as iOS, tvOS, Android, FireTV, Roku, Tizen, and Web.
  • Solved user problems, creating business value in close collaboration with Engineering, Product Owners, and Technical Project Managers in a SAFe Agile Methodology format.
  • Analyzed and Synthesized user research insights to help inform design direction and strategy.

  • Worked closely with the Executive Director of Key Accounts and Creative Director with clients via kick-off calls, face-to-face meetings and presentations discussing design and strategy for high profile accounts such as University of Phoenix and The White House.
  • Strategized with Integrated Marketing team to conceptualize high-spend homepage interactive takeovers.

  • Created Visio wireframes, flowcharts, and sitemaps, and led the efforts for company-wide documentation strategies.
